We'd love to collect a series of short testimonials from people who have already organized a prototype. So if you initiated a screening and enjoyed inviting your group of friends, family or colleagues, you can share your experience now!

WHAT FOR? When the movies are ready, it will be super powerful for new organizers to hear how it went for others who've already been there.

HOW COULD YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Some people wonder if it's hard to organize, if it takes a lot of time, if it's worth it, etc. Hearing short stories from others who've already done it may be just the thing they need to make the leap.

How can you submit your 1-minute testimonial?

It's super simple.

WHAT CAN YOU SHARE IN YOUR SELFIE-VIDEO?
Remember, the purpose is to make potential organizers feel fired up to host The Week.
What did you like about hosting the prototype? Speak from your own experience.

If you don't know where to start, here are some suggestions but feel free to improvise.
You can talk about:

• How easy and simple it was to organize the prototype. How long did it take you to think about who to invite and send the invitations?
• The hosts toolkit that you received. How did it help you?
• The 3 dates to find with your friends or colleagues. Was it easy to schedule or not so much?
• The number of people you invited. What was the response and how big was your group?
• The conversations you had after the movies with your group. What did these conversations bring to the overall experience?
• The conversation kit. Was it helpful? What were some of the reactions and responses you got after the screenings? Did you feel you had to facilitate the whole conversation? Or was it easy for you and your group? Any tips you would like to share to futur organizers?
• What this experience brought you as the organizer. Tell us about how you feel now about having hosted the prototype.
• What your friends took away from that experience. Did some of the participants thank you afterwards for having organized the screening. Was it worth it for them? What were some of the reactions and responses you got after the screenings?
• Or whatever feels true to you as an organizer.

HOW TO HOLD YOUR PHONE?
Use the horizontal formal (landscape).
You can hold it with your hand, no need for a selfie stick.
Try not to move too much so that the video is not shaky.
You can also put your phone on a shelf in front of you.

THINGS TO AVOID
Don't overthink it, but speak spontaneously. Just be yourself. It'll be perfect!
Don't make long explanations or sentences. Just straight to the point. 
Don't do a long video. Try to stay under 1 minute. You could use humor if you want to.

By sending this video, you give us permission to use it on our website and other communication material. If you change your mind at any point, do let us know and we will remove your video.

UNTIL WHEN CAN YOU SEND YOUR VIDEO?
We'll keep submissions open until May 15th, 2022 at midnight.
In May we will think of the best format to share the testimonials with future organizers. And we'll start testing that in June 2022. It'll be posted on The Week's website.
